General Overview
What is CaQeh?
CaQeh is a peer-to-peer liquidity marketplace and technology platform that connects users seeking to complete payments using existing licensed payment rails, including mobile money services, banks, and card networks. Rather than moving, holding, or safeguarding customer funds, CaQeh facilitates the matching of participants so transactions can be completed through regulated financial institutions and payment providers. The platform does not take custody of customer funds or operate as a payment service provider, bank, or money transmitter. All payments are executed over the applicable licensed payment infrastructure in accordance with the terms and requirements of the relevant financial service providers.
Why use CaQeh?
CaQeh helps users find and coordinate with other participants when they need to complete a payment through an existing licensed payment rail. It does not replace your bank, mobile money service, card network, or other payment provider.
Is CaQeh available across Africa?
Marketplace availability and supported payment methods vary by country, participant availability, and the applicable licensed provider. A listed market or payment method is not a guarantee that a particular provider is available or integrated for your payment.
Can anyone use CaQeh?
You must meet the marketplace eligibility requirements and the requirements of the licensed provider you choose. A valid account with that provider may be required to complete a payment.
How quickly can I get cash with CaQeh?
Timing depends on participant availability and the applicable payment provider's processing times. CaQeh does not guarantee a payment completion time.
How CaQeh Works
How does CaQeh payment matching work?
Describe the payment you want to complete, match with a participant, choose an available licensed payment rail, verify details, authorize the payment directly with that provider, and record completion in the marketplace. CaQeh does not execute or hold the payment.
What is the step-by-step process?
1) Create a request. 2) Match with a participant. 3) Select an available licensed payment rail. 4) Verify payment details. 5) Complete the payment with the provider through your own account. 6) Confirm marketplace completion. The provider's terms govern the payment.
Do I need a crypto wallet to use CaQeh?
Only if the payment method you choose requires one. CaQeh does not provide or custody a crypto wallet or crypto assets; any wallet or blockchain transaction is subject to the relevant wallet, network, or provider terms.
Can I schedule recurring cash exchanges?
Where scheduling is enabled, CaQeh can help you create a recurring marketplace request. Each payment still requires availability and must be completed through the selected licensed provider under that provider's rules.
What if no participant is available?
CaQeh can expand the matching search and notify eligible participants. Availability is not guaranteed, and any payment still depends on the chosen licensed provider.
Cash Access in Africa
Why is cash access difficult in Africa?
Many rural areas have limited ATMs, daily withdrawal limits, and informal cash exchange is risky.
Can CaQeh help with remittances?
CaQeh may help participants connect around a payment need, but it does not send remittances, convert funds, or pay out cash. Any remittance or payment is completed through the relevant licensed provider and its terms.
Is CaQeh cheaper than traditional remittance services?
Costs depend on the marketplace feature, the selected provider, and the payment method. Review CaQeh's disclosed platform fee and the provider's fees before authorizing a payment. CaQeh does not promise that it is cheaper than another service.
Can I exchange large amounts of cash?
Available amounts depend on the matched participant and the limits, verification requirements, and terms of the applicable licensed payment provider. CaQeh does not set or process the provider's payment limits.
Is there a way to find participants near me?
Use the CaQeh marketplace to find participants who are online and have chosen to share availability. Listings depend on participant activity and local availability.

CaQeh may display mobile money services, banks, or card networks that participants can use. What cryptocurrencies are supported?
Supported payment methods can vary. Check the current payment options and the terms of the relevant wallet, network, exchange, or licensed provider before using any crypto-related method. CaQeh does not hold customer crypto assets.
Does CaQeh charge for crypto off-ramp?
